What does the ticket include?
A licensed local guide from the Besakih community, a sarong to wear inside the temple, and a one-way electric shuttle from the car park.
Where do I buy tickets?
Only through the official ticketing site, tiketbesakih.mkpmobile.com. Tour operators can register on its Travel Trade (B2B) portal.
For which days are tickets sold?
Today and tomorrow only.
Do I need a local guide?
A local guide is included with every ticket and accompanies every visitor throughout the sacred area.
What facilities are there?
A parking building (1,541 cars, 1,268 motorbikes, 250 coaches), international-standard toilets, the 215-seat Wiyata Graha film theatre, and catering at the Wantilan.
Can I take part in a prayer or melukat?
Yes — pray at Penataran Agung (from 1 person, book same day) or join melukat at Pura Tap Sai (from 2 people, book a day ahead). Details are on the official ticketing site.
Can I fly a drone?
Not without written permission from BP FKSPA.
What should I wear?
Modest clothing. A sarong is provided with your ticket and must be worn throughout the temple area.
